Snow falls on Ferril Lake in Denver's City Park.

Snow here in Denver and a wonderful day to be out with the camera. Ferril Lake has its highs and lows. In color I don’t think this image would work – but the snow brings a softness to the black and white version that I really like.

Playing around while waiting for my ride home I was trying to catch the motion of snowflakes through the street-lamps.

Falling snow is lit by a nearby Street-lamp while flakes cause blooms of light on my camera lens.
